Ceylon Pure Gluten-free coconut flour is produced from coconuts from organic coconut gardens of Ceylon. We always use matured coconuts which are aged to yield the best mineral rich meat.


Ceylon Pure organic coconut flour contains less fat due to more efficient processes that are used: the meat is first cold pressed to separate the oil; dried, and ground into a fine consistency.
